The Wall Street Journal’s front page news last week was titled:Â Stunned Home Buyers Find the Bidding Wars Are Back.
This may be a stretch for the St. John Real Estate Market but we have been seeing a decline in the residential inventory with a healthy number of contracted properties this past month.
We recently featured a wonderful ‘Pottery Barn’ inspired home on our Islandia Real Estate Blog, the home wasn’t yet on the Multiple Listing Service. There were numerous inquiries in regard to this home and it went under contract in record time. Both the buyer and seller were pleased! This was not a distress sale, this was a very well priced, great looking home.
For sellers wanting to sell in this recovering market we don’t want your property ignored by today’s extremely value-oriented buyers. We also want to be able to show all of our customers properties that may be of interest to them. I am working with cash customers that aren’t finding the home of their dreams at the present time. Because of this I have been making contact with owners that don’t have their homes on the market, checking to see if they have any thoughts of selling.
With 9 out of 10 potential purchasers starting their search on the internet we market your home to the world. For the buyer looking for Real Estate information and the sellers looking to sell, contact Jane Kelly 340.776.6666, 941.544.5855, or email me at jane@islandiarealestate.com
Remember, by selling now, you’ll still have enough time to enjoy similarly low prices on your next purchase.
